ARCC Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting mothers and families who are dealing with issues related to mental health and the misuse of substances. All of their support programs and training workshops have been developed with guidance from women who have personal experience with addiction.

The website includes information about their programming, links to two blogs, and a number of other resources. If you’re interested in learning more about FASD prevention programming informed by the experience and knowledge of mothers, you might want to start by taking a look at the evaluation of the Moms Mentoring Moms Support Group by Dr. Blythe Shepard at the University of Victoria.
